Park Policies

1. Explosives: Please keep firearms and weapons in RV at all times.
2. Space payment is due by 12:00 noon.
3. Please observe the 5 mile per hour speed limit in the park.
4. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
5. The only items allowed outside of your unit are bar-b-que, ice chests, lawn chairs, low voltage party lights, plants and small tables. No dog houses, auto or RV parts, garbage cans or clotheslines are allowed on your site.
6. Sites are to be occupied by one camping unit only. Maximum of six persons per site.
7. Maximum of two vehicles per site. All vehicles and RVs must have current registration.
8. Washing or repairs of RVs or vehicles are not allowed at your site.
9. Check with management regarding campfires.
10. Place all garbage in trash container.
11. 2 pets max/dogs under 25lbs /cats indoor only. No pets in swimming pool areas or restrooms. At night, all pets must be kept inside your vehicle.
12. Use the designated pet areas for animals relieving themselves and always clean up after them.
13. Dogs must not disturb other campers by barking or whining.
14. Children under the age of 12 years must be under the supervision of their parents at all times and on their site by 10:00 PM. This includes the playground, restrooms and pool. By law, parents must supervise children under 14 years in the pool.
15. No boats on your site.
16. Laundry facility is open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
17. Bathrooms close 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM for cleaning.
18. Loomis RV park or its staff is not responsible for loss due to fire, theft or accident.
